The Air Canada Pilots Association realizes that, from a business standpoint, no resource is as important as Human Resource. Having completed two successful Winter Operations conferences, the Association is searching for potential sponsors to aid in the launching of a third. We in the Flight Safety Division of ACPA would like to invite you to contribute to what is sure to be another exciting conference within the aviation industry.
The goal of the conference is for the global aviation community to explore the latest innovations and best practices for operating safely in winter conditions. Under the theme “Safety is No Secret”, industry-leading experts in the many facets of winter operations will share lessons through their experience with delegates from around the world.
The conference will be held on October 9th and 10th, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. Conference Sponsorship
Conference sponsorship is also available for $1,000. Conference Sponsors will have their logos displayed on screen during Plenary Sessions and on the Sponsor Page of the Conference Web Site.
Exhibitor Display Space
Our Exhibition Area will be located adjacent to the Main Auditorium, where coffee and refreshments will be served twice daily during breaks in the Conference, ensuring high visibility and traffic by delegates in attendance.
Exhibitor space will be approximately 8 feet X 10 feet.
Display space is available for $1,500.
